SocialCue helps learners practice everyday social situations with videos and interactive questions.

For help, email schwany23@gmail.com. Include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, your parent PIN, or payment card details.

Full Library Unlock

Half of each section is available free. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks all 90 videos and their quizzes. Apple displays the price for your App Store country before purchase.

Open Settings → Parents & Caregivers, enter the parent area, then select Full Library & Restore Purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple.

Restore a purchase

Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. In the parent area, open Full Library & Restore Purchases and choose Restore Purchases. If access is not restored, contact us for help.

Parent PIN

On first setup, authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode and create a six-digit parent PIN. Keep the device passcode and enrolled biometrics under adult control. If you forget the PIN, choose Forgot Parent PIN and authenticate with the device to reset it. A PIN can remain after reinstalling the app.

Original SocialCue customers

Purchasers of the original paid SocialCue app retain full-library access. If the app does not recognize your purchase, contact us.
